Just a couple of sneak peeks from Allie’s senior portrait session this week.
Poonam has always brightened my day when we discussed how to capture her baby’s first teeth in her family portraits. We discussed clothing coordination, how to keep baby happy and entertained, and how to make her portrait session flow smoothly. And boy, did it! We had such a great session in the studio and her little guy really lit up when mommy and daddy were playing with him. Thank you so much for taking the time to make your portraits amazing!
We wanted to include local settings, so the tunnel and park were a perfect background for her. And when we pulled out the lollipop, her little guy was rather stunned. It didn’t take him long, though, to realize what a treat it was!
All in all, we had a great day in the park and wrapped up quickly…literally, as it was one of those early chilly days. More to come, I’m sure…
When Megan came for her senior portrait session, she brought all of her favorite things. We knew that we wanted to photograph her bow and arrow, and wanted to create a real flame on the tip of the bow. One of my photographer friends mentioned how to work with fire. Megan and her mom practiced and came prepared to bring down the house…my house! ๐ No, really, we took extreme measures to ensure that we could douse the fire if need be. The end result is A-Maz-Zing! She was thrilled with her portrait!
Megan also brought a prom dress, tons of clothing with accessories, and her favorite classic novels. Everything was designed around her wide variety of interests and awards.
At the end of the day, we had a blast, she is delighted with her pics, and I know how to work with fire!!! ๐
